Do I really not pay a deposit?
Correct — no deposit, no card on file required to book. You'll only be charged once we've finished the work and you've signed off on the car. We trust you'll show up; you trust we'll deliver.
Do you really come to my driveway?
Yes. Our self-contained van carries the water tank, generator, vacuum, and steam unit. We need a parking spot. That's it.
What's the difference between Bronze, Silver, and Platinum?
Bronze is a quick refresh (1–2 hrs) — exterior wash + basic interior. Silver adds a full interior shampoo and door jambs (3–4 hrs). Platinum is the full transformation — steam wash, iron decon, clay-bar, wax, trunk vacuum, plus everything from Silver (4–5 hrs).
How does the FREE salt/stain removal work?
Limited-time offer — automatically included with Silver and Platinum packages. We use a steam-and-extraction method that lifts winter road salt from carpets, mats, and door sills without leaving residue.
How long does Platinum take?
4 to 5 hours. You don't need to be home — leave the keys, we'll text when done. Final approval and payment happen when you return.
What if it rains?
Interior services run regardless. Exterior we'll reschedule free — typically the next-day slot.
Why summer only?
Steam detailing performs best above freezing. We're May to October — and we email you when April booking opens.
What forms of payment do you take?
